Our air filter paper uses high-density cotton pulp and high-quality bleached softwood pulp as the main raw materials. It adopts constant power pulping technology, nano-fiber pulp additive technology, along with optimized addition process of water-soluble resin and other additives to produce high-performance automotive air filter paper. Performance	Oil filter paper: Filter paper impregnated with phenolic resin ensures the durability of oil filter element in harsh environments. Fuel filter paper: The surface performance of the filter paper is very important in the process of oil-water separation. Usually, the surface of filter paper impregnated with phenolic resin has adequate hydrophobicity to facilitate the coalescence and filtration of free water.	It has excellent thermal stability, and the impregnated filter paper has good heat resistance, maintaining its performance stability at higher temperatures. It has economic and practical advantages, with relatively low cost of acrylic resin, making this filter paper advantageous in terms of cost-performance ratio.

Types

Car Air Filter Paper

It refers to the filter paper used in filters for passenger cars and small trucks, with performance requirements to ensure sufficient filtration efficiency while increasing the lifespan of the filter. Since the filter paper may come into contact with the heat released by the engine, flame retardancy of the filter paper is also an important requirement, and flame retardants can be added. Flat filter paper is usually used.

Truck Air Filter Paper

It refers to the filter paper used in filters for large trucks, construction machinery, trains, agricultural machinery, and military vehicles. These types of filters are usually larger in size, protect more expensive engines, and require higher filtration efficiency than car air filter paper. In terms of parameters, it is reflected in higher weight and air permeability compared to car air filter paper. Corrugated filter paper is usually used.
